There will be 20 per cent IPO quota reserved for the small-scale investors under a compensation scheme. The Generation Next Fashion will float 3 crore ordinary shares with a face value of Tk 10 each and repay bank loan from the IPO proceeds.

The earning per share (EPS) of the company was Tk 2.09 as on December 31, 2011.
