Brian Lara has become the brand ambassador of the Bangladesh Premier League franchise Chittagong Kings. Lara has signed a three-year contract with Kings.
The team is currently led by all-rounder Mahmudullah and coached by former Bangladeshi captain Khaled Mahmud.
Today the auctions for the 2013 edition of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) were held in Dhaka, where they bought a total of eight international players and 5 locals.
