Bangladeshi Share Market open positively today (Sunday, 6 January 2013). The prices of the most shares on the country's premier bourse increased in early trading on Sunday, the first working day of the week.
The benchmark General Index, the gauge of the Dhaka Stock Exchange, gained 13 points to reach 4,174 points at 10:50am when this report was filed.
A total of 4,383 trades were executed with Tk 18.50 crore changing hands.
Of the issues traded, 69 company advanced, 28 company declined and 21 company remained unchanged.
On Thursday, trading at the country's premier bourse finished at 4,160 points after losing 21 points.
