The Golden Harvest Agro Industries floated 30 million
ordinary shares of Tk 10 each at an offer price of Tk 25, including a premium
of Tk 15, to raise Tk 750 million from public.
As of the financial statement of June 30, 2011, the company’s earnings per share (EPS)
was Tk 4.72 and net asset value (NAV) per share was Tk 25.53.
All concerned are hereby informed that the primary status of
the IPO of Golden Harvest Agro Industries Ltd.: Total amount of subscription (excluding
NRB)=Tk.5,056,920,000.00 & Total No. of application=661,920. Total amount
received from NRB Tk.95,250,000.00 and Total application from NRB =12,700 as
per reporting date 6 January 2013.
