Primary Status of Appollo Isphat Complex Ltd.:
Total amount of subscription (excluding NRB)=Tk.4,645,744,400 & Total No. of application=930,539. Total amount received from NRB Tk. 356,986,400 & Total application from NRB=78,406 up to 23 October 2013.
Hence, Total application received including NRB = 10,08,945 against 5,00,000 lots.
So, it is oversubscribed 2 times against 5,00,000 lots in IPO.
According to the IPO prospectus, Appollo Ispat (Rani Marka Dheutin ) will use around Tk 220 crore from the IPO proceeds to repay bank loans, Tk 60 crore for project development and the rest to bear the IPO expenses.
