Job description / Responsibilities:
- Manage grain facility operations to provide patrons with prompt, courteous and effective service while maintaining the efficiency necessary to achieve a maximum margin of profit.
- Coordinate movement of grain, receiving, grading, loading and storage with the concerned.
- Ensure a quality product through regular monitoring of slices and grain by adding proper temperature and other parameters as per standard operating procedure.
- Take initiative to control and manage inventory system by using technical tools and methods.
- Provide necessary global information regarding grain to different stakeholder.
- Supervise staff through proper training and guidance.
Educational Requirements: MS in seed technology/ Graduate in agronomy or Agricultural related program from a recognized university
Experience Requirements: 5 to 6 years practical experiences in Silo/seed management in a large company. Adequate knowledge in lifecycle of seed/grain.
