Job description / Responsibilities:
- Prepare Instruction Manuals, Technical Proposals, Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), API specifications, tutorials and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily
- Review and edit existing technical documents to improve writing, styles, formatting, contents, etc. and also keep records of any changes made
- Work with vendors/suppliers/partners and engineers to acquire necessary product information and create relevant technical documents
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Plan layout, graphical elements, and formatting of documents. Ensure final documents are usable and of high quality, and publications are free of typographical, format and layout errors
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of the idea and create related arrangement, size, type size and style, and related drafts
- Prepare process flow diagram (PFD and service descriptions and incorporate those in relevant documents
- Performs other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements: O level & A Level with Honors/ Masters with major in CSE or CSc or ETE or EEE
Experience Requirements: At least 2 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in technical writing in Software/IT/Telecommunication industry
- People with Financial/Banking domain knowledge are preferred
- Experience in MS Visio or similar drawing tools
- Excellent skill in communicating orally and in writing with people
- Skilled in visualizing ideas in diagrams and charts
