Educational Requirements: MBA/MBM/Honors&Masters in Finance/ Accounting/ Management/ Economics/ Banking having no 3rd class/ division in any examination. Professional degree in the related field would be added qualification.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 12 years experience in related field.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Direct and administer operational activities of RBSL in accordance with policies, rules and internal objectives.
- Exposure in all areas of brokerage and merchant banking operations.
- Manage operations of brokerage house and merchant banking independently.
- Leadership to build and drive a cross functional result oriented team.
- In depth knowledge in finance& stock market analysis and investments to ensure significant growth to RBSL.
- Knowlegable on rules, regulations,laws, by-laws, ordinance, reporting and compliance of regulatory authorities related to this field.
- Ability to market business products and capacity for good housekeeping.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office operations and software generally used in berokerage houses and m,erchant banking operations.
