Job description:
- To ensure daily HR routine activities in the company
- To deal with Recruitment Process, Leave Management, Motivation, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Appraisal & Organizational Development
- To preserve relevant records in respective personal files
- To incorporate best HR practice in the line with HR policy
- To facilitate employees annual appraisal as per the appraisal format and ensuring for proper documentation in personal file
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff initiate company activity
- Handle employee grievance for management staff at the unit level & escalate through the right channels;
- Visit all branches regular basis as per required issues
- Carry out any other jobs as assigned from management time to time
Educational Requirements:
- Masters / MBA in HRM from a well reputed institute
- PGDHRM shall get preference
Experience Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years Human Resource related Experience.

- Active, ability to work under pressure in service environment
- Good inter-personal communication skills
- Team player with good leadership capabilities
- Must have dynamic and good personality
- Managerial capability
- Fluency in English and sound knowledge in MS office
